Playing Sega Genesis in Europe...

I'm going to buy a Sega Genesis (don't care to explain why :-) and this machine doesn't have any antenna cable.

So my question is, do I need one, or can I use the Swedish one? I suppose I can't, and since I can't, how can I get one that will work?

Would a SEGA RGB scart work..?
