Well, I guess I don't need that information now. I was going to code a converter because the only other one I've seen only converts SWC SRAM to PC format.

Hmm. I might still make an English one. If anyone has the information on manually converting them with a hex editor, please reply or e-mail me at jigsaw@vimm.net.
