Pretty much nothing... it'll dump the first 8 KByte of the ROM and that's it, since copiers weren't designed to handle SMS's ROM paging/mapper chips.
Charles McDonald from http://cgfm2.emuviews.com/ has found a way to dump SMS games with a SMD (the only copier that can "play-back" SMS games), but he hasn't released the updated version of his utility yet.
