the unit I have is the game doctor sf6 (professor sf), one model lower than the one you are looking for, but no major differences. it comes with 32mb, ac adapter and some games of your choice.
there is no box or manual. the menu can be set to english when you turn it on.pics are available of the unit if any of u need them. the price will be set at 150(us dollars). any questions, offers, or concerns, please email me.
