Yes it does Mikael the snes Bios checks the snes cart to see if it has a good sum check, that's not the case with snes copiers it tricks the snes to think the rom you are loading is a game with a good sum check no matter if the game has one or not,That's how companys the make bootlegs snes carts use bogis sum checks to trick the snes to play the cart.
