Hi, i have a v64 Jnr, i think they are the best backupunits ever.

What rom are you using?, did you dump it yourself or did you download it?

It may be protected or have a different boot type to the cart you plugging in the back.

Try using the V64 Jnr V2 Software to upload is very stable.
