w2k rom tool, anyone wanna test it?

Hi all,
A while ago, I started writing a rom tool for windows (written under Win2000, but should run on all win32 platforms) which would handle all the cart-based backup units. I never did get it finished and could do with some feedback/support to get it done!

if anyone wants to try out the beta, email me and I'll post it out - its around 450k, self-installing.
