Doh, just try the games out. Some of the ROMs are even distributed with the patch you need (BS games, Monogatari 2 etc.). But careful! Pilotwings needs a patch AND a DSP cart (the patch enables Mario Kart to be used as the DSP cart, which is not possible without the patch).
