It's nice that you stood up for your rights. It is also "amusing" to see the lawyers at Nintendo "scramble" to try to justify that "game" backup units are illegal. Unless the Wildcard has an infringing copy of a CIC chip, which I doubt Front Far East is so ignorant to manufacture, you should be fine and expect to see your unit soon.
