MGH problem

Does anyone know what the MGH error message "wrong disk format" means.I get it always when I try to read a disk.Is there existing an user-manual,if yes does anyone have it?
I saw that someone called Kublai has the same problem at this board.If you read that,did you solve your problem and how?
