50/60Hz Switch on new PAL SNES

Anyone has any info (a link or something) on how to install a 50/60Hz switch on a new PAL SNES with fewer chips. One SNES I have has 'snsp-cpu-1chip-02' written on the board and has one big chip in it.

Any help would be appreciated.
