My two PAL SNESs do infact output RGB signals, without mod. Only SNES I ever heard from that doesn't output RGB signals is US Model 2, as Mark already said. Maybe you forgot that you need to get rid of the three capacitors in your US/JAP RGB cable to be able to use it with European SNESs?
