50/60Hz Switch on PAL Snes - fullscreen?

I live in Europe and i have a PAL Snes and a PAL SWCDX2-64M.
If i install a 50/60Hz Switch on my Snes,does my wildcard still work?
I know i have more speed, but do i have fullscreen to?
