Does anyone know a person who could mod my SNES for money?

I want to play PAL games on my US SNES (looking forward to playing Terranigma) and I really have no clue as to how to mod my own SNES (50/60Hz switch, etc) so I'm probably going to need someone to do it for me.. DOes anyone here know how to mod the SNES in such a way or know someone else who does? I'd be happy to send my SNES and money in order to get it modded.. I'd only want the basic things done to allow me to play PAL games (cutting the tab, 50/60Hz switch, anything else needed). Let me know what you think. If you're really willing to help me out on this, give me an e-mail and we can talk about it. Thanks.
