Is there a Rom Conversion Utility that can mass convert ROMS ?

IF so, let me know!!! I need one. I hear that there is a way to make an old DOS command line utility to repeat the same command but I dont know how. SMD.COM is what I really neeed to be able to mass convert my Genesis ROM's from one file format to the other (I dont wanna sit there and convert each ROM one by one).
