Disk Error (WCM) for sure is related to power conflict !!

I turn on the PSF 7 without power and onlyh the floppy drive connect to another external power. It work nornal and fine now.
Self test is all OK

however, once I put it back the power to PSF7 and the power connect /(not connect) to floppy drive... fail error message again at start up "Disk Error (WCM)
