I don't think the GD7 or PSF2 ever had the 7.20 BIOS. I think it came only in the GameStation. It may work in the GD7/PSF2 because it looks like the 7.11 BIOS that came in the PSF2 was used in the early GameStations.

If you find the 7.20 BIOS please send it along to me. If anyone has a 7.20 system and needs someone to dump the BIOS for them I can help, I am The Dumper after all.
