Will Super Mario RPG play on my PAL SNES ?

Hi all,

I try to get a SMRPG for my PAL SNES. I know I have to get rid of the corners to insert the USA Cart into my PAL SNES. I will make a 50/60 HZ Mod and disable the Lockout CHIP (bring the chip to an unstable state :-). Will the Cart then work on my SNES ?
