Someone else can jump in here to help out but the ones that come to mind right away are Tales of Phantasia (48Mb), Dai Kaijyu Monogatari II (40Mb), Star Ocean (48Mb compressed), and Far East of Eden Zero (Tengai Makyo Zero, 40Mb compressed).
