technically, wouldn't any IDE to parallel hard disk kit work with the SWCDX2???

it seems that if kingbyte makes a product that converts ide to parallel, that any parallel hard disk or cdrom converter kit would work with the swcdx2.

what i'm wondering though, is if the swcdx2 has special drivers that are specific to the kingbyte converter (since kingbyte includes a software driver disk with their products). does anyone have any input on this?

if anyone has a parallel hard disk kit, see if it works with your swcdx2... (make sure the HD is FAT format)
