I remember these for Genesis, to play MD games on it, but all they where was a riser card. You could proly make your own if you realy wanted one.
I never got one, all you realy needed to do was cut out some of the plastic so that the MD cart would fit in the Genesis.
Now I've never seen a actual MD unit but I would think that the Genesis carts would fit. BTW whats that notch on the side of MD cart for? Is it some kind of lock, like how the SNES carts are?A few of the later games had contry cheacking, I beleave that there is a way to wire in switchs to select PAL/NTSC and MD/Genesis.
