Tales of Phantasia 1.0 english patch how do you get it to work on the swdx2? (txt)

I got the original rom in .fig format
applied the Top_gd7l.ips using snestl12
after that I converted the rom using insnest so it will load on the swdx2
after all this i get a black screen
anybody know why?
