That all fine , but when your told one thing "It will be about 2 weeks."and then send your money and dont even get a reply to say payment recieved, it becomes frustrating , i havent heard anything since before i ordered it , all i am saying is that if you are running a business you should have means to respond to questions ,even an automated response when there are problems is better than nothing at all. thanks for your response ,,I guess Ill just have to wait and see.> I understand what it's like to wait around hoping that someone hasn't taken your money, or he hasn't kept in touch with you on a daily basis through email making you believe you've been scammed. What we don't understand is that SWP probably gets hundreds of emails a day from people asking him silly questions and expressing their concern for their money. Internet business is tricky. Some companies respond promptly and have their product ready to go. My guess is that ACS takes orders from as many people as they can, then buy a bulk order of SWCDX2's and the other products they carry. This probably takes a long time, so if you're one of the people who ordered first, you're gonna be waiting till all the other orders have been placed, and shipped. Then, you have to wait for Front Far East to send the products, and then ACS has to send them to you. This process is time-consuming, ACS will email you with major changes, but a daily email to hundreds of people answering hundreds of questions would be ridiculous.
