Help with SF Professor II

I have several SMC roms and I need to convert them to work on the Professor II. I do not know how to use UCON (the utility that I have) apparently. Can someone please tell me how to actually use this program and what to type. i can only get it to work in DOS and then I am not succesful at any commands. obviously I am doing something wrong. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
