I don't care if there are RAM shortages or whatever, if you have a site up claiming to sell a product, and you are taking people's money, there is no excuse for not responding in the timely manner.

ACS (I think the guys name is Mike) used to be known as a reputable and good place to deal with. It sounds like that is no longer the case.
