
It took maybe ten minutes to cut that out, trimming a tiny bit at a time, until it fit the screw. It was an old flathead screw bit, the size is 5/32

The two big black spots are the rubber pads on the bottom of the snes. Right below those are the holes which attach the top and bottom of the snes together. I removed four of the screws with my little pliers, but couldn't get these two, so I cut them apart with a small knife (this was before I saw badge's melted pen idea.) You can't tell but the screws are still in there :)
