No-one's replied, so I can give you a link with the next best thing:

http://www.karlm.f2s.com/database/snes.php3

They have almost the entire collection of roms ever released, including PDs and rare Jap ones, and I can personally vouch for the greater number of them (about 80%) working without problem.
