Still won't work

I tried fixed the header with SNESTOOL and UCON but I still just get a black screen that does nothing. I also tried the unpatched Japanese version and that has the same problem. I'm transferring this from my laptop using a cable I picked up at CompUSA. Some other games have worked so I'm not sure whether I'm doing something wrong, if something is screwy in the transfer, or if my DX2 itself is buggy.

Any other ideas to try and fix this?
