Windows 2000/NT users please Read (Mikael)

I've posted a link to a zip that contains details of how to use DOS/Windows programs that access the hardware directly (eg. Send progs) under windows 2000/NT.

I've used it before and it works fine under NT and it's supposed to work the same way with 2000.
