Front Fareast don't charge any additional shipping for their SWCDX2.
The cost is 190 US$ for a 32mb or 220 US$ for a 64Mb version.
You can order by credit card, but you need to fax them your details.
Make sure that any communication with them is in CAPITAL LETTERS because they seem to have trouble reading (or replying to) anything else.
There is some question about their delivery speed, some are lucky others not so.
