Anybody here talented enough to know about Dreamcast repair?

I just bought a pal DC and it makes a horrid noise (accessing the disk) when playing most games. It often freezes up for 10-30 secs when loading something and sometimes the music repeats itself or just dies all together.

This will usually lead to the thing crashing altogether. Anybody know how I can fix this problem?

I've fallen in love with my Dreamcast and really want to fix it!
